Ace Utilities cleans everything but my car window. I use Ace Utilities whenever I need to cleanup a PC. It's not a guarantee that everything will be perfect again. It's not designed to be a virus remover and such. But it does the routine maintenance the typical user never does and cleans up after you get rid of some unwanted critters. Once installed it cleans up "the mess" such as endless dead registry entries, ancient temp files and all the other junk files you never need again. It does a nice job uninstalling some programs that no longer uninstall in the control panel. You can setup the wizard to keep the machine clean.
